Refund policy

All our sales are final.

In the rare cases where an error arises from an incorrect product description, our policy lasts 14 days. If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you if your refund is approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed.

All refunds are issued as store credit.

The shipping costs associated with returning your item are your responsibility. They are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from it.
